Nobody
A ship captain(队长) and his men are hungry and far from home. They find a cave(洞穴) with delicious food inside. They are eating when the giant(巨人) who lives in the cave gets home. The giant has only one eye on his face. He puts a large stone(石头) across the mouth of the cave. The men can't go out of the cave!
When the giant sees the men, he laughs. "Tomorrow I will eat one of you for breakfast."
The captain thinks fast. "Very well," he says. "Let it be me."
"What is your name?" the giant asks.
"Nobody," says the clever captain.
"Well, nobody," says the giant, "as you wish."
After that, the giant goes to bed. The captain asks his men to work. They find hot peppers(辣椒) and make a paste(酱). They put the paste into the sleeping giant's eye. The giant gets up and is very angry. He calls for help. Other giants come to the cave and they push away the stone.
"What's the matter?" they call into the cave.
"I can't see anything!" the giant cries.
"Who does it?" they ask.
"Nobody," the giant says.
"Well, leave us alone(单独)," they say and then leave the cave.
Before the giant can put back the stone, the captain and his men run away.
