Ahava thinks schools should start later. Here are her reasons: First, as teenagers, our brain and body need more sleep to work and grow; Second, starting and finishing early is hard for families. Parents may need to leave work early to pick up their kids from school; Third, when kids don't get enough sleep, they can be irritable, so they might have problems with classmates and even fight with each other.
However, David has different opinion. He thinks starting school earlier helps students become early risers(早起者). This is a healthy habit that brings positive energy and helps us feel more active in the morning. Also, starting school earlier means that school would end earlier, so students have more time for important after-school activities. An earlier start can help students plan their time better and live a healthier life.
