Health is very important to us. We need to know more about it to stay healthy.
First, have a healthy diet. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables, because they are rich in vitamins(维生素). As a saying says, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." So fruit is good for us. Too much sweet food does harm to us. Drinking too much coffee isn't healthy either.
Second, exercise more. Exercise can help keep fit. People who do running every day usually have stronger hearts.
