（原创）On May 19, Yunlong Town in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, was a very exciting place. There was an international dragon boat race. Twelve rowers from Bulgaria joined the local teams to compete. This made the event very special with a feeling of friendship between different countries.

Last April, Yinzhou District donated（捐赠）four dragon boats and some equipment to Bulgaria. These boats helped Bulgaria prepare for its Dragon Boat Culture Festival, which was part of its “Chinese Culture Season”.
Ruse, Bulgaria wants to hold the Dragon Boat World Championships in 2025. To get ready, officials from the city, people from the Bulgarian Dragon Boat Association and dragon boat athletes visited Yunlong Town. They took part in a dragon boat race with the local teams.
The deputy mayor of Ruse said that visiting Yinzhou was a new start for cultural exchanges and cooperation between Yinzhou and Ruse. Dragon boat culture is a great way to help people in China and countries in Central and Eastern Europe understand each other better and work together.
