When Peter wakes up,it’s about ten o’clock. Someone is tapping on the door of his tree. “Who is there?” he says, picking up his sword(剑).
“I’m Tink. Let me in,Peter. ”
She flies in. She’s very excited. Her face is red and her dress is dirty.
“Tink! What’s the matter? Tell me!” he cries.
She tells him about Wendy and the boys. Peter’s heart beats very fast as he listens.
“I must rescue(营救)her!” he says.
Before he goes,he decides to take his medicine. He picks up the cup.
“No!” screams Tink because she knows it is poisoned(有毒的).
Peter lifts the cup with the medicine to his mouth. Tink moves very fast. She flies between Peter and the cup and drinks it all. Then she falls to the ground.
“Tink! What’s the matter?” cries Peter, suddenly afraid.
“It’s poisoned,Peter,” she tells him softly. “And now I am dying. ” “Oh Tink! No!”

“I can get better,if...”
“If what?” says Peter.
“If children believe in fairies. ”
Peter calls to all the children in the world who are dreaming about Neverland.
“Do you believe in fairies?” he shouts to them. “If you believe in fairies, clap(拍)your hands. Tink must not die. ”
Tink sits up in the bed and listens too. Many children clap. And they save Tink.
Then she flies quickly around the room. Her light is brighter than ever.
“And now let’s rescue Wendy!” says Peter.
He puts his sword and leaves the home under the ground.
“This time,it’s Hook or me,” he says.
