Health is very important to us. We all want to be healthy. But what can help us to be healthy?
The first thing is food. Every day，we need to eat different kinds of foods，because they give us energy. Bananas，pears and apples are good for us. We also need vegetables like carrots and potatoes. And we should drink milk every day. Grain and meat are good for us，too. They can make us healthy and happy. But some foods like fried chicken，hamburgers and ice cream are all junk food. Junk food is not healthy. When you eat junk food，you may have a lot of energy. But you will feel tired because energy in junk food doesn’t last long. So do not eat too much junk food.
Sports are important，too. They can also keep us healthy. We can do different sports like swimming，running and playing ball games. They can make us happy and strong. So get up early and do sport every day. Then we can be healthier and healthier.
