Jianzi is a traditional Chinese sport with over 2,000 years of history.
Players kick a shuttlecock (jianzi) made of cloth, a coin, and chicken or duck feathers. The rule is simple: keep it in the air using only your feet, legs, or head—no hands allowed! It needs quick moves and good balance.
