二、阅读理解。
一名初中生凭借知识和经验指出了一个博物馆的错误。请阅读下面短文,根据短文内容从每小题所给的A、B、C、D四个选项中选出最佳选项。
Xu Weizhe, a 15-year-old student, visited the Sichuan Provincial Museum in March 2025. When he got there, he was surprised to find that the museum had wrongly dated a thousand-year-old bronze burial mirror(青铜陪葬镜).
After his visit, he posted a video online where he talked about the mirror's beautiful craftsmanship(工艺) and smooth patina(铜绿). This finding made him think that the mirror
was from the Western Han Dynasty, not the Northern and Southern Dynasties, as the museum stated.
However, some people were not sure if Xu could truly have such knowledge. In fact, Xu has been collecting antiques(古董) since his childhood. “During a family trip, I saw artefacts at an antique market and was surprised by their beauty,” he recalled. “Later, I made friends with people who also love antiques and started my journey as a collector.”
Much of his knowledge comes from hands-on experience rather than textbooks. He carefully studies the features(特征) and stories of every piece he buys. “I’d call it antique authentication(文物鉴定) skills, not just historical knowledge,” said Xu.
Some say collecting antiques is expensive, but in Xu's experience, it doesn't have to cost a lot.
Xu also tells people to be careful of antique scams(诈骗). Recently, he called out a person online who, he said, “sells fake(假的) antiques”.
“He says that his antiques stand the test of AI authentication,” Xu said, “But I’ve learned not to use AI tools for
personal collections.”

A. A ring was fake.
B. A mirror was wrongly dated.
C. A picture was wrongly named.

2. What is Paragraph 3 mainly about? (

B. How to make friends online.

D. How Xu began to collect antiques.
3. What does Xu think of collecting antiques? (
B

A. It costs lots of money.
