Our School Trip
I went on a school trip to the modern farm with my classmates and teachers last Saturday. It was sunny and cool. We went there by bus.
First, we explored the farm. It was large. There were a lot of apple trees and vegetable tents. Then we helped pick apples and vegetables. In the afternoon, the farmer taught us how to farm. It was tiring but I enjoyed working with my hands.
From the trip I learnt that farming isn't easy. The farmer let us take some apples and vegetables home. They were fresh and delicious. They certainly taste better when you work for them! We had a really good time there. It was tiring but fun. Today was really a day to remember.
