School bullying, including cyber(网络) bullying, has become a serious threat(威胁) to students' safety. A study shows 30% of middle school students face verbal(口头的) or physical bullying. Schools: Protect us with help and rules
Schools are key to keeping us safe. First, they can use AI systems to watch for bad words online, like "stupid" or "loser". When teachers find bullying, they should help both the victim(受害者) and the bully. For example, they can teach the Law on the Protection of Minors to show that hurting others is wrong.
Students: Speak up and help each other
As students, we must never stay quiet when we see bullying. If you see someone being picked on, tell a teacher or use the school's anonymous(匿名的) reporting box. It's okay to be scared, but your help matters! If someone bullies you, walk away quickly and find a trusted adult. Don't fight back alone. In our psychology(心理学) class, we learnt to say "Please stop. That's not nice." when someone is mean.
Together: Make our campus happy
Stopping bullying starts with being kind. Schools can have anti-bullying lessons, like acting out stories in class or drawing "Be Nice" posters. We can also start "Help Teams" where older students help younger ones solve problems. Our school's "Feeling Box" lets us write down worries, and teachers hold workshops to help us manage anger or sadness with art or sports.
Remember: Every time you help someone, you make our school better. Let's choose to be kind, speak up against bullying, and help each other grow happily. Only by working together can we ensure every student grows up in a caring environment free from fear.
