On Saturday, February 1, Zara Lachlan, a 21 - year - old girl from the UK, became the first woman and the youngest person to row across the Atlantic Ocean(大西洋) by herself without any support.
The trip was a very difficult task. Ms Lachlan wasn't just new to ocean rowing. She was also new to the ocean. So she knew little about it. What's more, she had to clean the bottom of her boat from time to time—something she didn't enjoy at first, as she doesn't swim well.
