We love sausages (香肠) but they are not good for us. Why? Inside a sausage there is meat (Of course!) but there are also many other things. The meat comes from different animals, such as cows and pigs. The meat is a small part of a sausage. There is also a lot of fat (脂肪) and too much salt (盐).
Sausages are also full of chemicals (化学制品). Sausage makers put these in to make their sausages look better, last (持续) longer and taste better. These chemicals are not good for us, either.
If you want to eat meat, choose chicken with only a little fat. Or you can become a vegetarian (素食者) and never eat meat again!
