The importance of plants
Plants are very important in many ways.
First, plants play a key part in improving the environment around us. They can prevent soil erosion. They can clean the air. In this way, the air around us becomes clean and healthy. Second, plants mean a lot to animals. They provide places for animals to live in, like forests. And they provide food for animals to eat, like leaves, roots and fruits. Finally, plants are of great importance to us. We use plants for making different things. For example, we make clothes from cotton（棉花）. Also, we use some plants to make medicine.
All in all, without plants, the world would be very different. Let’s work together to love and protect them.
