There are four kinds of rubbish bins, and there are different signs on them. The blue is for the recyclable(可回收利用的) waste like old clothes. The red is for the harmful waste like expired drugs(过期药物). The green is for the kitchen waste like vegetable leaves. The black is for others like tissues(纸巾).
"Which is the right bin for my rubbish?" We can get help from mobile phones now. We can just open a mini app(小程序) and search for the rubbish's name, such as "newspaper". Or we can do it in an easier way. Just take a photo of the rubbish, and then the app can tell us where it should go.
Rubbish sorting is good for protecting the environment. But the best way is to make less rubbish.
