I lived in the countryside when I was young. At that time, I didn't know it was good for me. But
when I grew up, I found I learned more useful skills than other children in the city.
I started learning to cook when I was about ten years old. The first skill I learned was how to make dough (面团). In my hometown of Ningxia, people usually start making noodles in the evening.
