An Australian police officer broke a world record! No one had broken this record for nearly 10 years.
Her name is Jade Henderson. She did 733 pull-ups in one hour! A pull-up is an exercise. You hang from a high bar by your hands. Then you pull (拉) your body up. You need strong arms to do pull-ups!
