Mountain biking is an important part of my life. as fast as I can leaves me no time to think about the bad things in my life. I have to pay attention to my while riding.
I'm in my sixties now, but I cycling when I was a kid. In the summer, my friends and I would ride our bikes into the woods and see who was enough to go down steep(陡峭的) hills and do big jumps.
