(2024·日照二模)Buck Marchinton is a wildlife biologist who plays an important role in DNR's Private Lands Programme. Buck builds partnerships with private landowners across North Georgia to develop management practices that are good for both wildlife and landowners. Buck's method is to work closely with landowners to provide educational service, habitat(栖息地) studies and special conservation plans. His final goal is to help landowners become real managers of their lands and create a better coexistence(共存) between humans and wildlife.
Buck's interest in biology began early on, inspired by his father's love for the natural world. He continued this interest in higher education and studied biology. Buck received his bachelor's degree from the university. Along the way, he developed a deep love for the outdoors.
