中国传统绘画艺术
The Chinese painting is very important in Chinese history. It is different from the Western painting. The Chinese painting is drawn on xuan paper with the Chinese brush and ink. So it is often black and white.
To draw a nice picture, Chinese artists should do many things. First, they should have xuan paper and Chinese ink. They were very expensive in ancient times. Besides, they need to practise again and again. The painter must have a draft in his mind before painting. Then he would draw according to his imagination and experience. Many Chinese painters are poets or calligraphers at the same time. They often write a poem on the painting.
