[2026 原创]Hachi: A Dog’s Tale is a 2009 American movie based on a true story from Japan. It tells about the special friendship between a man and his dog.
The story begins when Professor Parker Wilson finds a lost puppy at a train station. The small dog gets lost. Parker takes the puppy home for one night. He wants to find the dog's owner, but nobody comes for it.
Parker’s wife doesn’t want to keep the dog at first. However, she sees how much Parker and the puppy love each other, so she agrees. Parker names the dog “Hachi” because the Japanese word for eight is on his collar.
