答案
We have classes about traditional Chinese culture this term. The reason why it is necessary to have these classes is that it is a good chance for us to know more about Chinese culture.
In the classes, we’ve learned something interesting and meaningful. The first thing we learn is the history of tea and how to make tea perfectly. What’s more, we also learn paper cutting, which seems simple but is actually difficult to make, for it needs to be folded carefully before it is cut with scissors. After a lot of practice and with my teachers’ help, I can cut some beautiful paper flowers now. In addition, what I like most is calligraphy, the art of elegant handwriting. While learning calligraphy, I find myself becoming more quiet and patient.
In a word, the traditional Chinese culture gives me a chance to feel the beauty of our culture and embrace the traditional customs. I am proud of being a Chinese and proud of our wonderful culture.
