Place: City Science and Technology Museum, 3rd Floor Innovation Hall
For: Students aged 12—15 (Grades 7—9)
This workshop is inspired by (受……启发) the 2026 CCTV Spring Festival Gala. In the gala, “humanoid robots” were very popular. People used AI to mix traditional culture with modern tech. We invite you to learn how robots and AI work in daily life and in shows.
What You Will Learn
1. Robot Basics: Understand the parts of robots—sensors, motors, and control systems.
2. AI Interaction: Try voice recognition, gesture control, and simple programming to make robots follow orders.
3. Cultural Tech Fusion: Use AR tools to make a small robot show with traditional Chinese elements like paper-cutting and lanterns.
Schedule
9:30—10:00 Registration & Tech Introduction
10:00—11:30 Robots Assembly & Basic Programming
13:30—15:00 AI Function Training (Voice/Gesture)
15:10—16:30 AR Show Creation & Group Presentation
Requirements
· Please bring your student ID
· Group Size: 4 students per group
· Fee: Free (from the city's Science Popularization Fund)
· Sign up: Online on the museum's official WeChat account before 8 February; first come, first served

1. Do not bring food or drinks into the workshop.
2. Use tools carefully; ask teachers for help if you need it.
3. Groups that finish the AR show will get a “Tech-Culture Star” certificate.
