Ambulances help save people's lives, but they are not free. There are different standards（标准） of ambulance fees in many areas of China. For example, the ambulances in Beijing have to charge as taxis do. People pay up to 50 yuan within 3 kilometers and 7 yuan for every kilometer after that. Beijing is the first city in China to use meters for such fees.
Dogs are lovely pets for some people but are problems for others. In Shaoxing, Zhejiang, over 7,000 people were hurt by
dogs. Shaoxing now gives dog owners a license with 12 points. Taking a dog into a public place such as a school costs three points. If the owner fails to stop the dog that is hurting others, six points will be taken away.
There is a special App in Hangzhou. With the App, people can ask cleaners to help them collect the garbage from their homes. Shen Bixi, who studies at Zhejiang University City College, came up with the idea.
