Research has found that comedy doesn't just make us feel good—it actually has the power to improve heart health. A recent study has been conducted to test whether or not "laughter therapy" could help people who have heart disease.
The study includes 26 adults, with an average age of 64. All of them have heart disease. Over three months, 13 of the adults were asked to watch two different hour-long comedy shows every week. The other 13 were asked to watch two documentaries on serious topics like politics or the Amazon rainforest. After this, they were examined by doctors.
The comedy-watching group showed a big improvement in the amount of oxygen the heart could pump around the body. Oxygen is the gas we breathe in to live. Thearteries (动脉) in the comedy-watching group also got better at expanding, which meant that more blood could flow through them.
Professor Marco Saffi led the study. Talking about the results of the study, he said that laughter gives off chemicals in the body called endorphins(内啡肽). These chemicals reduce inflammation(炎症) and they help the heart to relax. Having a good laugh reduces levels of stress hormones(激素) too. Stress hormones are good for helping you deal with danger. But they can put stress on the heart if they stay in the system for a long time.
Saffi thinks the results show that "laughter therapy" could be used to treat patients suffering from heart problems. He said, "It does not have to be TV programmes—people with heart disease could be invited to comedy evenings, or encouraged to enjoy fun evenings with friends and family. People should try to do things that make them laugh at least twice a week."

Which of the following shows the structure of the passage? (①=Paragraph 1,②= Paragraph 2...)答案
通读最后一段,尤其是根据“People should try to do things that make them laugh at least twice a week.”
