Swimming pools are fun places. These rules help make it safe for everyone there:
• You can’t run near the water.
• You can’t eat, drink or litter near the pool.
• You should always listen to the lifeguards. Because they must make sure you are safe in and near the water.
If you go swimming in swimming pools, you need:
• A swimsuit and a swimming cap. The swimsuit cannot be too big or too small.
• A pair of swimming goggles. So the water does not get in your eyes.
Please remember:
• Do warm-up exercises. Do them before you go into the water.
• Clean your body. Do it before you go into the swimming pool and after swimming too.
