Staring(盯着看)at a screen for a long time may bring a big problem. We call it myopia. That means you cannot see things clearly when they are far from you. You should protect your eyes. Here are some tips.
- Keep enough distance(距离) from the computer screen. At least(至少) 30 cm please!

- Read and write in the places with enough light.
- Don't stare at the screen for a long time. You can rest your eyes for three to five minutes every half an hour.
- Do more outdoor activities. Natural light and green trees are good for your eyes.
- Sleep for at least eight hours every day. Your eyes need time to rest too.
