◆ Fill the glass or jug about $\frac{2}{3}$ full with water.
◆ Drop the egg carefully into the glass and watch it going down towards the bottom.
◆ Take the egg out and add about 5 spoons of salt. Test to see if your egg goes up.
◆ Add more salt if the egg is still at the bottom.
