The healthy and balanced diet(饮食) can make you strong and happy. But not all food is good for your health. Here is a list of things that you can or can not do to have a healthy body.
Drink some water after you get up in the morning every day. It can help you clear your body. It's not right if you always do not have breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal in a day.
Eat plenty of fruits of all colours. Choose whole fruits rather than fruit juice. You can only drink one small glass of fruit juice every day.
It's also important to remember that fat is a necessary part of our diet. We should choose food with healthy fat, such as fish, nuts and healthy oil from plants. You shouldn't eat food high in fat.
Each food has a different nutrition(营养). For example, milk, cheese and fish are good for your teeth. Then, carrots and eggs are good for your eyes.
Remember, you can do nothing without a healthy body. You can ask your parents for more healthy eating diet. They know what is good for you.
