Dear Adam,
It's difficult to make new friends when you move to a new place, so it is great that your new neighbours have a son at your age and that he wants to be your friend.
But firstly you ought to ask yourself if your new friend's behaviour can be better. If the answer is no, then maybe you'd better end the friendship. Don't worry! You will quickly make lots of new friends when you are at the new school.
But if you think you can be friends, then you should talk to him about name-calling. And he had better stop saying bad words. If he's a good friend, he'll listen to you. If he ignores you, then this friendship isn't going to work.
Finally, it's a good idea to let your parents know. They're the people who know you best and they are usually the best people to be helpful to you.
