参考范文：
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Li Hua from Sunshine Middle School. I'm fourteen years old. I'm a tall and thin girl, and I like reading very much. So I want to join the Reading Club. I read books every day. There are many kinds of books in my room. I often go to the school library too. It's a really quiet place. I also like making friends. I hope to join the Reading Club. Then we can talk about good books and learn from each other.
I dream of one day applying the knowledge learned from books to reality.
Yours sincerely,
Li Hua
