Hello! I am a red panda.
Like the giant panda, I also like eating bamboo (竹子). I can eat a lot of bamboo leaves every day! But we are different. Giant pandas live on the ground (地面), but I like to live in trees.
People call me a “forest acrobat”! I can climb trees very well. My claws (爪子) help me hold the branches (树枝). My tail is big and soft. It helps me keep my balance (保持平衡) and not fall off.
I do almost everything in the trees: sleep, rest in the sun, and clean my fur (毛) like a cat. *When it’s cold, I use my tail as a warm blanket (毯子).
