Mars is one of the nearest planets to Earth.
It’s so many kilometres away, but sometimes you can see it in the sky.
Many spaceships go to Mars. It takes them six months to get there.
There is almost（几乎）no air on Mars, so we use robots in the spaceship. These robots are called “rovers” because they move around.
Some of the spaceships don’t land（着陆）on Mars. They fly round and round the planet taking photos.
The rovers collect soil and rocks（岩石）and take photographs.
