Save our forests
Forests are the lungs of our earth. They are home to millions of animals, birds and insects. Trees give us clean oxygen and take in harmful carbon dioxide. They also keep the soil strong and stop floods.
But today, many forests are in danger. People cut down too many trees to make houses, furniture and paper. When forests disappear, animals lose their homes, and many kinds of animals will die out. The air becomes dirtier, and the weather gets hotter.
We must save our forests. We can plant more trees every year. We should use less paper and always recycle old paper. We can also tell other people why trees are so important. If we work together, we can keep our forests green and beautiful forever.
