Family rules play an important part in our family life. They help keep our family in good order. Let's start a Family Rules Journal to know more about them!
Step 1 Pick a notebook you love.
Spend 5 - 10 minutes every evening writing about your experiences, feelings and actions about different family rules. You can add photos or drawings to make it lively.
