When you are in space, every little bit of weight is important. So scientists have been trying hard to find a way to make sushi light but still tasty. They decided to keep it simple, using fresh ingredients and making it look nice. Instead of following common ways of making sushi, scientists turned seafood into a paste(糊状物), which is a common material for food 3D printing. Seafood doesn’t last long when fresh, but it can be stored longer in the form of paste.
