Charlotte is working at a second-hand shop in London when she learns a sad fact: Many of the beautiful toys cannot find new homes and just end up as rubbish.
So Charlotte starts Loved Before and the company gives old soft toys a second life. People can give away their old toys. They also write little cards, telling each toy's name and a story about it.
