Now it carries local people's affection for simple but warm daily life, and is also a special cultural label that Tianjin people will miss deeply even when they are far away from home.
Ingredients
1. 150g mung bean flour, 50g millet flour, 2 eggs, 2 crispy fried dough sticks (Guozi), appropriate amount of sweet bean sauce and chopped scallion
2. A small amount of cooking oil, a spoonful of water to adjust the batter
Cooking Steps
1. Mix the mung bean flour and millet flour with water evenly to make a smooth thin batter, then preheat a flat non-stick pan.
2. Pour a spoonful of batter on the pan, spread it into a thin round crepe, break an egg on the crepe, spread the egg liquid evenly, sprinkle chopped scallion, then turn the crepe over when the egg is fully set.
