六、阅读短文并回答问题。
The Dragon Boat Festival is a very important Chinese festival. It falls on June 19 this year.
People always think of Qu Yuan, a great poet(诗人) of Chu. Qu loved his country Chu very much. When Qin beat(打败) Chu, Qu wanted to die for his country. He jumped into the Miluo River in Hunan. People threw zongzi into the river to feed(喂) the fish, so the fish wouldn't eat Qu's body. From then on, every year on this day, people eat zongzi to remember Qu Yuan. But people in different places eat different kinds of zongzi. People in southern China like eating meat zongzi. In the north, people often put red dates(枣) in zongzi.
Dragon boat races are also an important activity. The dragon boat races show that many people want to save Qu's body. Those races are the most exciting part of the festival, with very large crowds of people watching them. The special boats, more than 10 metres long, have colourful "dragon" heads and tails, and each boat carries a team of 20 or 22 players.
People in many other countries also celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival. In Japan, people call it Boys' Day. In Singapore, people have dragon boat races every year.
1. When is the Dragon Boat Festival this year?
2. Why do people eat zongzi?
3. What do the dragon boats look like?
