In my family, my mother and father often prepare and cook meals for us. Sometimes my brother and I help them in our free time. Every day we also have different food groups, such as fruits, protein foods and calcium foods. What's more, both my brother and I drink one cup of milk every day.
In my opinion, our family diet is a little unhealthy. To make it better and more balanced, I think we need to have more vegetables and less meat in future.
