Linda’s diary in the Art Club
Linda joins the Art Club to learn traditional Chinese culture at school. At first, she has a hard time. Her first clay pot breaks and falls apart when it is fired. Linda feels sad and disappointed.
Her teacher comforts her and says,“Don’t worry. Bamboo is flexible(易弯曲的) but strong. Please keep its spirit in your mind.” “I would like to give it a try again.” Linda says. After that, Linda watches helpful videos, practises shaping clay again and again, and learns from bamboo paintings.
