David Smith is an 80-year-old man. He lives with his brother Bob Smith in Texas, America. In his free time, he likes making things and helping others. There are many stray(流浪的）dogs in the street, so David wants to help them.
The brothers find nine dogs. The dogs always have no food to eat, so they are not healthy. Then they let these nine dogs live with them and eat with them.
“Everyone needs a little fun in life. Stray dogs need it, too,” David Smith says. “I think it must be very interesting for them to travel by train.”
So David and his brother buy some old buckets(桶子）and make a dog train. It is very long. The dogs are happy to see the train, and David Smith takes them on trips by train every week.
