Ⅷ.阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。
Sneezing is your body's way of protecting your nose. When tiny things like dust, dirt, cold air, or even bright sunlight get inside your nose, your brain says "Time to clean!" and makes you sneeze. The air comes shooting out of your nose and mouth faster than a car driving in the city!
First, you'll feel a funny tickling feeling inside your nose, like a tiny ant moving around. Then your eyes will close by themselves. If you try keeping them open when you sneeze, you will find out that it's nearly impossible! Your chest fills up with air like a balloon, and then... AH-CHOO! Out comes a big sneeze that can send over 40,000 tiny wet drops flying through the air.
Some people sneeze two or three times in a row. This just means their nose is working extra hard to get clean. About 1 out of 4 people sneeze when they walk into bright sunlight. Doctors think this is because the light makes their nose extra sensitive.
Here are good ways to deal with sneezes:
1. Always sneeze into your elbow or a tissue.
2. Wash your hands after you sneeze.
3. If you sneeze a lot, try drinking warm tea.
4. Stay away from dusty places when possible.
Sneezes help keep you healthy by cleaning your nose, but we need to be careful to stop germs from spreading. That's why covering sneezes is so important. Now if you'll excuse me, I think I need to... ah... ah... AH-CHOO! Oh dear, writing about sneezes makes me sneeze!
