The students' life today can be very stressful(紧张的). They are under much stress every day. Recently, Zhejiang did a survey of young people's mental(精神的) health. It found the middle school students in Zhejiang feel the biggest stress from school.
This is not only true with Chinese students. The experts in America also did a similar survey. They found teenagers have a higher stress than adults. For them,one of the biggest stress is also schoolwork.
So the students need a break from it. Parents should let children do something they are interested in, because having a hobby is the best way to help them feel relaxed.
