What is the problem?
The problem our group got is that many eighth-grade students feel stressed because of heavy schoolwork, and they almost have no time for their hobbies or physical exercise.
How to solve the problem?
Firstly, we should make a practical daily schedule. We can list study tasks and free time clearly to balance study and hobbies properly. Secondly, we could improve our study efficiency by listening carefully in class, which helps us finish homework faster after school. Lastly, when feeling stressed, we can talk to our parents, teachers or friends. Sharing worries can make us feel better and get useful advice.
