The Great Wall of China is a fantastic ancient wonder with a history of more than 2,000 years. It is not just a huge long wall, but also a symbol of Chinese ancient culture and the hard work of millions of ancient Chinese people.
It looks like a big dragon winding across high mountains and wide grasslands in northern China. The most famous section Badaling is just 70 kilometers away from Beijing. When you climb the old stone steps, you can feel the cool wind and enjoy the amazing view of green mountains all around. If you come here in autumn, red maple leaves around the wall will make everything look like a beautiful painting.
There is a famous old Chinese saying: "He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man". Every year, millions of visitors from all over the world come here for a visit. Come and walk on the Great Wall by yourself, you will surely fall in love with this amazing treasure of China!
