Dear Grandma，
My cousin Jenny and I are now in the same class. Today we talk about our favourite subjects in class.
Jenny and I talk about art. We take our paintings to class. My picture is about the sea. It has birds，a boat and the sun on it. Last summer，my family went to the beach. The picture always makes me think of that holiday. Her picture is about animals. They are really cute.
Linda and Bill are next. Their favourite subject is social studies(社会). Bill shows us many photos of Beijing. Linda plays some Chinese music. She also reads some postcards and emails from her friends in China.
Karen and Jack show us some science with an experiment(实验). Karen puts very small paper pieces on the desk. Then Jack combs(梳) his hair very quickly. He puts the comb next to the paper pieces. The pieces jump to the comb! Jack also makes his hair stand up with the comb. It is so fun.
