Most of the people have a dream of travelling around the world. But for most people, when they are 80 years old, they won't have energy to make their dreams come true. However, an old woman called Jiang Bin achieved that.
Jiang Bin is 90 years old now. At the age of 80, she sold one of her houses and then started travelling around the world. During these years, she visited over 15 countries with her daughter.
Jiang Bin is healthy and always has a lot of energy. It took her more than 10 hours to take a plane each trip. But she never felt tired. When she wanted to try something exciting, her daughter advised her not to try. But she never gave up trying.
When Jiang Bin doesn't take a trip, she keeps a healthy lifestyle. She gets up early every morning. After breakfast, she dances, sings or has DIY lessons with her friends. One of her friends is also a 90-year-old woman. Jiang Bin makes breakfast for her every day and talks with her.
Jiang says she must keep healthy, or she won't be able to visit more countries in the future.
