us miss the happiness around us. We look through others' best moments online instead of making our own special memories. We give up real talks for quick messages, or the good taste of home-made food for just a picture of takeout food. Sometimes, it feels so good to put down the screens. Why not stand by the sea like a child with your eyes, arms and heart open? There is a name for that kind of joy. It's called being alive.
