Blue Sky Rescue: The Unsung Heroes in Disasters Blue Sky Rescue (BSR), founded in 2007, is a professional non - profit emergency (紧急情况) rescue organization in China. With over 30,000 trained volunteers and 499 authorized teams across 31 provinces, it plays a necessary and important role in emergency response.
