Schools across Florida and around the USA are starting to use yoga(瑜伽) to help young people to be less stressed(有压力的) and stretch their bodies.
It's just really made a difference to these kids. They have so much on their minds. Yoga can help them to be concentrated(全神贯注的). Some schools also offer yoga as an after-class activity. Florida's churches(教堂) offer "mummy and me" and baby yoga classes into summer camps. The Orlando Public Library offers "Storybook Yoga" courses every month.
Why? It makes kids more concentrated, calmer, less stressed, and stronger. There are no distractions while the teacher leads her students through different poses(姿势). The students put their phones aside voluntarily at the beginning of class.
"When I do this, I don't even think about whether I have a message," one student said.
In Florida, more than 100 people have been trained. Around yoga, a St Petersburg company shows adults how to lead children to be relaxed. Their students include PE teachers, Maths teachers, and psychologists(心理学家).
"Most kids have not experienced yoga yet. And including yoga is a sign of a high-quality PE programme. The final purpose of PE is to teach our kids how to be active and healthy for the rest of their lives," said Lambin, a teacher training PE teachers at University of Texas at Austin. "Team sports are not for everybody."

1. 细节理解题:根据原文第三段明确提到的“It makes kids more concentrated, calmer, less stressed, and stronger”,可知瑜伽可以帮助人们减压、变强、提升专注力、让人更冷静,文中完全没有提到“减少疼痛(Reduce ache)”的相关表述,因此a、b、c、d四项正确,对应选项A。
选项A:原文第二段提到佛罗里达的教堂开设“妈妈和我”、婴儿瑜伽课,说明并非只有孩子能参加,表述错误;
选项B:原文第三段说明学生是“voluntarily(自愿地)”把手机放到一边,并不是被禁止玩手机,表述错误;
选项C:原文第五段提到“Around yoga, a St Petersburg company shows adults how to lead children to be relaxed”,说明这家公司面向成人开展相关培训课程,表述正确;
选项D:原文最后一段Lambin提到“Team sports are not for everybody”,并没有鼓励所有孩子参加团队运动,表述错误。
